2. For Items from OTTO.de web site :

Get the article number and the size from OTTO site and send it to us on:

Payments can be done by:

1. Cash on delivery OR

2. credit card over the phone before delivery start.

Shipping

1. For articles from our web site will be nest day or some times the same day , free of a=charges to all Emirates if the amount is AED 150. and more , otherwise AED 25 will be charged for every delivery.

2. For articles from OTTO.de web site collection , 7 to 10 days delivery time and some articles may take more time depending upon availability in Germany , customer will be informed of any delay on delivery the same time of order .

shipping charges and customs will be add to articles from OTT.de site and free local delivery for orders whatever the amount.

Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 days from the receiving the articles under a condition of not using the article and article returned in its original packing and in the same condition delivered .

Refunds will be credited to customer account and can be transferred to his account or cash upon his request.

Only the value of the article will be refunded without customs or shipping charges .
